Dream Journaling
Dreaming is a way for our subconscious minds
to work out emotional and spiritual issues in our live. Have
you ever had an interesting dream that you could not remember
after waking up? Perhaps you could only remember bits and pieces
of your dream pertaining to something important that your were
dealing with. Dream journaling is a way to capture the content
of your dreams early on. It's important to keep a dream journal
close by so you can have easy access to it after waking from
a dream. Our dreams are often silly and don't seem to make sense
sometimes, but they are a very important key to understanding
who we are and what we are struggling with.
Here are some
thoughts to get you started in Dream Journaling.
Keep a journal on your night stand so you
have quick access to it upon waking up.
Keep your dream journal with you throughout the day in case
you recall parts of your dream
